For the year 2019-20, CSDT collaborated with Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Bhubaneswar for the training of 420 undergraduate students of the University in 7 different skill traits.

The course was conducted for a duration of 120 hours and delivered in three phases in sync with the academic programme of RDWU.

1^st phase (40 hrs): July-September 2019;

2^nd phase (40 hrs): October-December 2019;

3^rd phase (40 hrs): January-March 2020.

RDWU have signed an MOU with Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad to impart skill training to the UG and PG level students of the University under the employability skill development program between September 2022 to August 2023. The program shall include Soft-Skills, Communication Skills, Life Skill and Interview preparations for the beneficiaries. The various courses that can be undertaken under this programme include:

1. MPC employability skill training (20-25 hours)
2. Technical course implementation (Python programming)- (40-60 hrs)
3. Digital marketing (40 hours)

The Centre has signed an MOU with FICCI Ladies Organization, Bhubaneswar to provide students with an opportunity to gain practical experience and undergo training, internship and scope for employability and entrepreneurship in the identified domains.
Under the agreement, FLO will hold 5 panel discussions industry wise to discuss the journey of Women Entrepreneurs, Best Practices, Hinderances faced & the Way Forward. Domains Covered would be - Bakeries & Confectioneries, Agriculture, Health & Wellness, Beauty and Technology driven businesses.
FLO will also hold sessions Mental & Physical Health awareness & Cyber security. The expected outcome is to inspire the students and give them clarity on the steps to be taken to become a successful entrepreneur.

The Centre has signed an MOU with Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited, India to provide students with an opportunity to gain practical experience and undergo training to work in the field of IT/ITES and develop their skills.
Under the agreement, Concentrix aims to setup a Student Excellence Centre for Skill Development within the University Campus to provide training on Interpersonal skills, communication Skills, Computer Skills, Corporate culture, Presentation skills, Time management & Leadership skills.
Concentrix shall provide industrial exposure of IT \ ITES, part time work & earnings for students in form of apprentice or stipend, may provide at its option for placing students on a permanent basis post their course completion.

The Skill Centre under the supervision of NASSCOM has facilitated the registration of students under the Future skills Prime- a leading Technology Skilling Hub to enable them to acquire in-demand digital skills that are highly valued by the employer. Succeful students will be certified by NASSCOM and NSDC.
